What is the minimum sponsor amount I need to raise to participate in an event?
As soon as your target amount is reached, we will send you your entry ticket. The target amount varies per event. Look up your event to read how much you need to raise to participate for free.
I sponsored a participant but they did not carry out their fundraising campaign. Will I get my donation back now?
Donations are non-refundable. Even if participation cannot proceed due to exceptional circumstances, including, but not limited to, weather conditions and (local) government decisions, no refund will be given for donations deposited on the fundraising platform. The donations benefit global medical emergency relief. Thank you for being part of #teamArtsenzonderGrenzen!
Fundraising with a QR code. How does that work?

- Scroll down
- Click on: Download QR code or QR poster
- Save your QR code as a PDF
- Share your QR code with your friends and hang the poster everywhere
If I run with my own team, am I still expected to raise the target amount per person?
Yes, if you have registered for an event of #TeamArtsenzonderGrenzen and receive your race entry via us, this amount applies to everyone, also people in a team. The advantage of running with a team is that you can divide the sponsorship money, so that with everyone's average, you reach the target amount together.
I am withdrawing from participation. Can I get my donations back?
No, if you withdraw from participation after you have registered, the funds already collected will not be refunded.
I have already bought a ticket myself. Can I get a refund of the purchase amount once I have raised the target amount?
No, tickets already purchased will not be refunded.
I have raised much more than the target amount. Am I now allowed to participate in another event for free?
The proceeds from your campaign are linked to one event. Do you want to participate in another event? Then register for this event and raise the minimum sponsorship amount there as well. Good job!
When will I receive the #TeamArtsenzonderGrenzen sports shirt? Will you send it by mail or can I pick it up somewhere?
As soon as you have raised your target amount, we will send the sports shirt to your address. On the page of the specific event you can read what the minimum amount is you need to raise.
Is it mandatory to wear the #TeamArtsenzonderGrenzen sports shirt? Or can I wear my own shirt?
It is not mandatory, but for the appearance and team spirit, it is nice if everyone who joins a sporting challenge with team#ArtsenzonderGrenzen wears the sports shirt. That way, you are also recognizable to our staff. We will also recognize you immediately at the finish of the event to celebrate together.
